Shipping information

SuperAlarm.nl strives to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Below you will find more information about our shipping and delivery conditions.

Processing of orders

Orders will be processed after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on business days are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. During busy periods or in exceptional circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times

The delivery times stated on the website are indicative and may differ.

In most cases, orders are delivered within 1 to 5 working days. Products that are temporarily out of stock or shipped directly from a supplier may have a longer delivery time.

No rights can be derived from the stated delivery times.

Postage costs

Any shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the ordering process before the order is finally placed.

Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs will be charged separately.

Delivery

Delivery takes place at the delivery address specified by the customer.

The customer is responsible for correctly completing name, address and contact details. Any additional costs resulting from incorrectly provided information can be passed on to the customer.

Not at home upon delivery

If a package cannot be delivered, the carrier will usually make a new delivery attempt or deliver the package to a collection point.

The terms and conditions of the relevant carrier apply.

Delays

Although SuperAlarm.nl makes every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Business at carriers;

  • Weersomstandigheden;

  • Disruptions at suppliers;

  • Customs procedures;

  • Force major situations.

Delays do not give the right to compensation.

Risk and ownership

The risk of damage or loss of products passes to the customer once the products have been delivered to the specified delivery address.

Ownership of the products is only transferred after full payment has been received.

Damaged delivery

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.

If a product is received damaged, we request that you report this within 48 hours of receiptinfo@superalarm.nl, preferably with clear photos of the packaging and damage.

Products not available

If an ordered product turns out to be unavailable, SuperAlarm.nl will inform the customer as soon as possible. In that case, an alternative can be offered or the amount already paid will be refunded.

International shipping

SuperAlarm.nl can deliver orders within the Netherlands and other European countries. Any import duties, taxes or customs costs outside the Netherlands are borne by the customer.
