Article 2 – Applicability

  1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements and deliveries from SuperAlarm.nl.

  2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

  3. Deviations from these conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.

Article 3 – Products

  1. SuperAlarm.nl sells, among other things:

    • Alarm systems

    • Security cameras

    • Video doorbells

    • Motion detectors

    • Sirens

    • Access control systems

    • Other security equipment and accessories

  2. Product images and descriptions are shown as accurately as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind SuperAlarm.nl.

Article 4 – Conclusion of the agreement

  1. An agreement is concluded as soon as an order has been confirmed by SuperAlarm.nl.

  2. SuperAlarm.nl reserves the right to refuse an order or request additional information.

Article 5 – Prices

  1. All prices on the website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

  2. Obvious price errors may be corrected by SuperAlarm.nl.

  3. Shipping costs are clearly stated during the ordering process.

Article 6 – Payment

  1. Payment must be made via the payment methods offered.

  2. The order will only be processed after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 7 – Delivery

  1. Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.

  2. Delivery times are indicative and are not strict deadlines.

  3. Exceeding a delivery period does not give any right to compensation.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

For consumers

  1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving reasons.

  2. After cancellation, the consumer still has 14 days to return the product.

  3. The product must be returned complete, undamaged and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized products

  • Specially ordered products

  • Opened software

  • Products that cannot be returned for safety or hygienic reasons if the seal is broken

Article 9 – Warranty

  1. The legal warranty applies to all products.

  2. Any manufacturer's warranties do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.

  3. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or own modifications is not covered by the warranty.

Article 10 – Installation and configuration

  1. If SuperAlarm.nl provides installation services, additional agreements apply that are recorded in writing.

  2. The customer remains responsible for a correct internet connection, power supply and network configuration unless otherwise agreed.

  3. SuperAlarm.nl is not responsible for disruptions caused by external networks, internet providers or third parties.

Article 11 – Liability

  1. SuperAlarm.nl's liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.

  2. SuperAlarm.nl is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit or missed savings.

  3. Security products reduce risks but never offer a complete guarantee against burglary, theft, vandalism or other incidents.

Article 12 – Force majeure

SuperAlarm.nl is not liable for delays or shortcomings due to force majeure, including disruptions, transport problems, natural disasters, government measures, cyber attacks or supplier failure.

Article 13 – Privacy

  1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy statement of SuperAlarm.nl.

  2. Data will only be used for the execution of the agreement and legal obligations.

Article 14 – Complaints

  1. Complaints can be submitted in writing or by e-mail.

  2. SuperAlarm.nl will handle complaints within a reasonable period.

  3. If a complaint cannot be resolved mutually, the consumer can turn to the competent court.

Article 15 – Applicable law

  1. Dutch law applies to all agreements.

  2. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
