Returns at SuperAlarm.nl

At SuperAlarm.nl we do our best to provide you with quality security products. Are you still not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can return your order under the conditions below.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After reporting your return request, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • To be complete;

  • To be returned in the original packaging if reasonably possible;

  • No unnecessary signs of use or damage;

  • Includes all included accessories, manuals and parts to be returned.

We request that you handle the product with care during the cooling-off period.

Exceptions to the right of return

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Specially ordered or customized products;

  • Products that have been specially formulated for the customer;

  • Software whose seal has been broken;

  • Products that are not suitable for return for safety or hygienic reasons and of which the seal has been broken;

  • Business orders (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products

Have you received a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered product? Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

In that case, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as replacement, repair or refund.

Return costs

The costs for returning a product from your address to SuperAlarm.nl are borne by the customer, unless there is an incorrect delivery or a defective product.

Refund

After receiving and checking your return shipment, you will receive the purchase amount back within 14 days via the same payment method with which the order was paid.

We may wait to refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that the product has been shipped.
